During my full-time internship at Blacklist Creative, I had the opportunity to work on a wide range of TV promo campaigns for Comedy Central Benelux. I was given a great deal of creative freedom to craft snappy, eye-catching promos for both recurring shows and major TV premieres. From iconic series like The Simpsons and Bob’s Burgers to high-profile film releases such as The Bad Guys and the Spy Kids tv-marathon, every project brought a new challenge and allowed me to experiment with tone, pacing, and storytelling within tight broadcast formats.
The fast-paced nature of the job taught me how to manage my own schedule efficiently — planning weekly workloads, meeting strict deadlines, and significantly improving my editing speed. I also collaborated closely with audio engineers, voice actors and motion designers, learning how to communicate effectively across disciplines. Most importantly, I developed a professional approach to giving, receiving, and applying feedback — a skill that’s been invaluable in every creative project since.
