Hi, I’m Rory — a filmmaker and video editor based in Amsterdam, currently completing my Film & Audiovisual studies at the Dutch Filmers Academy.
My ambition is to grow into a professional all-round editor and filmmaker, with a strong focus on music-driven visuals. Over the past years, I’ve had the chance to work on a variety of projects — from stylised music videos to behind-the-scenes content — and each one has shaped my creative perspective.
What drives me is the power of editing: shaping raw footage into something that moves, communicates, and sticks. I enjoy collaborating closely with artists, directors, and creatives to bring strong ideas to life — whether through sharp cuts, cinematic mood, or subtle rhythm.
I'm currently working as a freelance editor, building experience and expanding my network in the film and music industries — all with the long-term goal of starting my own production company.
